One of the best hot pots 🍲 in the world. The base is great 👍, the beef is hot in my heart ❤️🔥😋. They also have restaurants in Paris, and that's so nice because if the first one is closed, I always go to the second. This restaurant really made my holiday and birthday in Paris amazing, just like it did last year when I was here.

Awesome hot pot noodle ! Clear soup was also very delicious. The staff was cute and kind. She tried to speak Korean to us even though she was Chinese, which felt very friendly !

Excellent, well spiced noodle ramen dishes. The restaurant is in the Latin quarter in an out of the way location close to the Pantheon. Well worth finding it for an excellent dinner.

Very authentic! Great noodles! Reason, terrific price… Wonderful! When we walked in, there were 20 people, and I was the only Caucasian, which always feels like a very good sign! This restaurant is authentic Chinese chongqiong flavor. Because they do it so great!

My fiancé and I had originally planned to visit a pho restaurant, but as we walked by Chongqing Hot Pot Noodle, the inviting atmosphere drew us in, and we decided to change our plans. It turned out to be an excellent decision—the food was INCREDIBLE. If you like hot pot, you will like this place.
For those new to hot pot, I recommend starting with the 1-star spicy level. However, seasoned hot pot enthusiasts will appreciate the AUTHENTIC, robust flavors here. It’s not always easy to do. We are from an area that has so many hot pot places, and this place actually impressed us with its culinary excellence and delicious spicy hot pot flavors.
It’s important to note that this restaurant, located near the Pantheon, is not affiliated with another establishment near Palais Garnier; they are entirely separate entities with different owners, despite similar names. The owner here is a trilingual French, Chinese, and English speaker with a background in art history, adding a unique flair to the dining experience. She is very kind, hard-working, and attentive! She speaks mandarin, english, and french fluently.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is vibrant, with a soundtrack that cleverly blends French and Chinese pop music. The menu offers a journey through Sichuan cuisine, with the Chongqing hot pot noodles being a standout dish. The broth was rich and perfectly spiced, providing a complex flavor that was both invigorating and balanced.
Each dish was beautifully presented, with an evident attention to detail and quality. The fresh ingredients elevated every bite, and the attentive service from the owner herself made the meal even more memorable. She offered excellent recommendations and shared her enthusiasm for the cuisine, making us feel welcomed and valued.
If you find yourself near the Pantheon with a craving for authentic, spicy food, I HIGHLY recommend Chongqing Hot Pot Noodle. Frankly, I rarely write reviews for restaurants, but the incredible combination of atmosphere with hot pot + delicious noodles inspired me to write this review. And of course, I feel an urge to support small business owners as this restaurant only opened a year ago. This restaurant not only delivers on its promise of spice but also offers a warm, engaging dining experience at a reasonable price. I hope to return soon for the rest of their mouthwatering menu!- Service

Got the clear soup wontons, sliced beef tomato noodle soup, and fish hot noodle soup. Everything was really good! We got the medium spicy level soup, but I felt like it was more spicy than a medium level. So beware if you don’t have good spice tolerance.

Had the "Nouilles hot pot royales" with "hot" level for the soup and it was AMAZING. Straight one of the best noodle soup I had in paris and especially loved the shrimp balls, perfect for the rainy day. Service was also great, 10/10. Can't wait to be back

So glas to have discovered this newly opened Chinese resto. The staff was truly amazing from the server to the cook. We felt very welcomed and at home. The food was great with the correct price. They even have soya milk, but I haven’t tried it yet. Will surely visit again if we have the opportunity. The hot and spicy soup is perfect for a cold weather of December. ขอบคุณค่ะ!

From Metro Etienne Marcel, walk 8 mins towards Chongqing Hot Noodles after G20 supermart. Ordered hot noodles with beef. Absolutely delicious and authentic. Worth the value and portion for 1pax. Can adjust to degree of spicy level. Hard working Chinese staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and made sure our every need was met throughout the meal. I highly recommend the Sauerkraut Fish Noodles, which was cooked to perfection and left me wanting more.
Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable style dining experience. The combination of spicy and delicious food, friendly service, and lively atmosphere made for a truly unforgettable meal. I ordered the hot pot shrimp ball noodle (extra spicy) and it is very tasty! I finished my noodles in less than 10 minutes. The owner was really nice as well.

I went on a rainy and chilly day for an early dinner and ordered the tomato noodle soup with pork balls. The portion was large, and it was like a much more flavorful tomato soup that I couldn't stop eating. Very comforting.
